Set up in about five minutes
- Create your group. Name it, and you've got your own check-in page.
- Add your people. Type them in, or import a CSV if you already have a list. New people can also add themselves at the door.
- Put a device by the entrance. Any tablet, laptop or phone with a browser. Add it to the home screen so it opens full-screen.
- Run your session. People check themselves in; you watch the count climb.

Common questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes — a real one. RollCall is free forever for groups of up to 30 members: full check-in and kiosk mode, leader portals, member profiles, session history and CSV export are all included, and it never asks for a card. Groups larger than 30 need Pro, which is $9.99/month after a 14-day free trial.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No — the free plan never asks for one. If you start a Pro trial, a card is added at checkout, but nothing is charged during the 14 days, and cancelling before the end costs you nothing.
Do the people checking in need accounts?
No. They type their name on the check-in device. Only leaders and admins have logins.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export your members and attendance to CSV at any time — it's included on every plan, and your data is always yours.
