Yearly billing
Pay Pro yearly and it's $107.89/year — 10% off, the equivalent of about $8.99 a month. The free plan has no billing at all, so there's nothing to discount.
How Pro pricing scales — with real numbers
Pro includes 150 members. Past that you add places in blocks of 50, at $9.99 per block — added automatically as your active member count grows, and dropped again if people leave or you archive them. You're never charged per person, and archived members are never billed.
- 80 members → $9.99/month

- 200 members → $9.99 + one block of 50 = $19.98/month
- 350 members → $9.99 + four blocks of 50 = $49.95/month
Because you buy places rather than people, growing inside a block you've already paid for costs nothing — 151 members and 200 members are the same bill.
There are no setup fees, no per-leader charges, and no contracts.
The fine print, in plain English
- Free needs no card, ever. Sign up and you're running.
- Pro's trial is 14 days. You'll add a card at Stripe checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Cancel anytime, in the app. Settings → Subscription, no email or phone call. You keep Pro until the end of what you've paid for, then your group moves to the Free plan — your data is untouched.
- On Free with more than 30 members? Check-in and registration keep working; reports and the full member list lock until you upgrade or drop back under 30 active members. Nothing is deleted.
- Your data is yours. CSV export is on every plan, including Free.

How much does RollCall cost?
RollCall is free forever for groups of up to 30 members — no card, no time limit. Pro is US$9.99/month (or $107.89/year, saving 10%) with 150 members included, then $9.99 per extra 50 members as you grow. Pro starts with a 14-day free trial.
Is $9.99 the permanent Pro price?
No — $9.99/month is RollCall's discounted launch price. Pro's standard price is US$19.99/month, and the launch discount will end at some point. Subscribers always get at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change, and a change never applies to a period you've already paid for.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It's not a trial and it doesn't expire. Groups of up to 30 members get the full check-in screen, kiosk mode, member profiles, session history and CSV export, free forever, and we never ask for a card.
What happens if my group grows past 30 on the free plan?
Check-in and registering new people keep working — nothing is ever deleted and nobody is turned away at the door. Reports and the full member list lock until you either upgrade to Pro or archive down to 30 active members.
What does Pro cost for a group of 350?
$49.95/month: the $9.99 base covers the first 150 members, and the remaining 200 places are four blocks of 50 at $9.99 each. The same maths applies at any size, and the count uses active members only — archived people are never billed.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Not for the free plan. For a Pro trial, a card is added at Stripe checkout but nothing is charged during the 14 days, and cancelling before the end costs nothing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from inside the app (Settings → Subscription). You keep everything you've paid for until the end of the billing period, then your group moves to the free plan with your data intact.
