Simple attendance for sports teams
Know who's at training without doing a head count in the rain. Players check themselves in, and you get a season's worth of attendance without keeping a single list by hand.

Less admin. More coaching.
Every coach ends up as an administrator: who's at training, who said they were coming, who's missed three in a row, who still hasn't filled in their emergency contact. It eats the time you'd rather spend on the session you actually planned.
RollCall moves check-in to the players. A tablet in the clubrooms or a phone in your hand, they find their name, tap, done — and you get the record automatically.
What you get across a season
Training attendance
Every session recorded as it happens, so a "who's here tonight?" is a glance rather than a count.
Patterns you can act on
Who's at nearly everything, who's tailed off, who's new to the squad — visible over weeks, not guessed at.
Details on hand
Player profiles with contacts and any custom fields you need — emergency contact, grade, subs paid.

Why accurate attendance is worth having
- Selection conversations get easier. "You've made four of the last ten trainings" is a fact, not an argument.
- Safety and duty of care. If something happens, you know exactly who was on site and who to call — and with member sign-out turned on, who had already left.
- Club reporting. Committees, funders and grants often want participation numbers — export them instead of reconstructing them.
- Retention. A player who's missed three weeks is usually drifting away, and a message at the right time brings people back.
Works for one team or a whole club
Your club shares one member list and one check-in link. On Pro you can split it into teams, and coaches and managers get a PIN login scoped to their own team — they see their players and nobody else's. On the free plan, that's one squad of up to 30.
Common questions
Do players need to download an app?
No. RollCall runs in a browser on any phone, tablet or laptop. Add it to the device's home screen and it opens full-screen like an app.
What if we train somewhere with bad reception?
Brief dropouts are fine — check-ins sync automatically once the connection comes back. For a longer outage, keep a simple pen-and-paper fallback as you would with any online tool.
Can managers take attendance instead of players?
Yes. A manager can check players in from their own phone, or leave the device out for players to do it themselves — whatever suits the night.
Can we record how long players stayed at training?
Yes, if you turn on Member Sign-Out for your group. Players sign themselves out on the way past the check-in device, and each attendance record then shows the time in, the time out and the time on site — useful when a session's length matters for a grade or a programme.
